The fact the cop was investigating a crime against himself is irrelevant. It could've been him investiging a citizen's complaint against being short-changed.

She was a bitch, and coped an attitude and got hostile. She got was she deserved.

At no point did she get hostile. She even volunteered to allow a strip search. The officer did display hostility though by barging into private property, ignoring eye witness (the manager) accounts regarding the falsehood of his accusation, and risking injuring the girl by dousing her with pepper spray.
