My dad and brother were ogling and photographing the elk herds in Jackson Nat'l Park south of Yellowstone.
I did the driving of my dads sedan since noyone wanted to.
Cop followed us for awhile. I pulled over to look at elk and I guess he thought that was the invitation he needed.
Turns out that a very small piece of tail light is missing. Hardly noticeable since there are two layers on the tail light.
Turns out the front wind shield has a crack in it.
Turns out that my brother neglected to fasten his seat belt.
Turns out that my dad had drank a beer in the back seat while waiting for my brother and I. Someone in the parking lot had given a beer to him. So we harbored a long empty can of beer.
Turns out that my dad had a dinner knife in the car that he used for weeding and gardening.
I'm jusr glad we have park cops to stay on top of "situations" like this. After all, photographing the elk herds in Jackson Nat'l Park is ... just devious.
