3 lbs of 96% lean ground beef browned with chopped onion, chile peppers, bell pepper, chili powder; kidney beans; touch of garlic. Separated with a mix of brown/wild/white/red rice and sprinkled with shredded Mexican cheese. Tomorrow I'll stir fry 2 lbs of chicken tenders w/onion and bell pepper; get a few microwave potatoes and I'm set for the week. This is lunch and dinner. First and fourth meals are protein shakes with oats.
