I just got one of those cards in the mailbox telling me that I have a certified letter that needs to be signed for at the post office. The only thing I'm expecting is, wouldn't you know it....30 amps of test.

Does this sound like a shakedown? If I get nailed at the post office can they still search my house?

Is the food any good in prison?

If it cam international it's normal to sign...

Yeah, it's international, but the first shipment of EQ came without a problem. I'm gonna head up there in a few minutes and get it over with.

If you don't hear back, I'll be in my cell enjoying a boloney sandwitch.

Damn...post office says the mail carrier still has it. That means my test is riding around town in the back of a mail truck.

Find him. Go......Do It Now.....

I have had some mail men just leave my pac for me even when it needed to be sighned for. It is very individual. IMO i dont think they would mess with 30 amps of test. When you get the pac check to make sure there is no oil saturation and it has not been broke into.

Got me wondering now...I'm goin' back to the post office here in a bit.

If she hands me the package and it's full of oil, I'll tell her I have a crazy aunt in Romania who likes to send me fried chicken in the mail.

Why is it you alway's get boloney in jail?. I hate it and i get it every time. I've gone international quite a few times and never, not once had to sign for it. To easy to get set up.

There Boloney sandwitches Suck so does the honey and peanutbutter sandwitches. If you order from the same sorce and never had to sign and now you have to sign! I would use caution and think if you go down to the post office or sign for it at your house it will be a fed crime and not a state crime. I would think about cleaning house.

You can also write a big poster saying "Dear Mr Postman, please leave any packages to my next door neighboor".......lOL

Good luck bro...

I'll hav to go with this - it depends on the way package is sent. If the sender requests it - you must sign for the package but I believe that the code is not to send packages like that since signing meant that you knew what was in .. I'm worried for our friend here, it's been like 5 hours.. :worried:

UPDATE:

I stopped by the post office on the way to work and the mail carrier had not yet returned from her route. Nothing seemed suspicious, I mean, the woman behind the counter didn't act jumpy and there was just the usual old milkshakes standing around slowing down my life.

I'll try again tomorrow and update the thread if I don't get hauled to the joint.

Thanks for all the good input bro's.

I have a friend and cops brought him the package to home address and made a trap for him - wanted him to sign but he saw thru it and refused. Never heard that someone was busted at the post office ( except for one stupid danish dealer who wrote his home address on the packages he sent ... ) while signing for the package. I'd think twice if I were you but I guess I'd still go get my juice. Good luck.

It depends how it was sent. You should be familiar with how your supplier is shipping things and whether or not you will have to sign for the package before hand.

They do not need a signature to bust you, although it would definetly help their case if they had one.

LOL

Yeah that'll work

Not.

Please, don't give advice if you don't really know the subject

If you sign a fake sig and it is a setup then they are going to bust you anyway and use the fact that you signed a fake name as more evidence that you knew something illlicit was in the package

Take it as you want. Its advice and thats it.

Like it matters if you sign a fake sig or not if they are gonna bust you. If you sign it then theres the proof you accepted it and knew what it was... if you sign it messy or dif name at least you have a chance of the clerk not remembering if it was you who picked it up if your not much of a regular and the post office is high traffic.
One way or the other if they are gonna bust you they will and its not going to be for the signing of the package.. its going to be for the posession of said package.

Your advice on this ISNT very good :o

Ok bro's...heres how it all shook out:

I pulled into the post office parking lot and there was a mysterious white Crown Vic with black license plates with a star on them. U.S. Marshall? I acted like I was talking on my phone until he left the parking lot...only he didn't leave, he pulled around back. I walk in the door, and some woman sees me holding the slip and says "I can help you sir". I was like what? I don't have to stand in line? She takes the slip and is gone for like five minutes...when she returned, she rattled off a bunch of mumbo-jumbo, fill out this/that whatever, but wouldn't show me the envelope. I said "What IS it? I'm not expecting anything". She gets short with me and says "SIR ARE YOU SIGNING FOR IT OR REFUSING?" I again asked what it was. She puts the envelope up in my face and there it was....U.S CUSTOMS!! With a bunch of handwritten crap on it!!

I acted confused, looked again at the envelope and politely refused.

Think this will be the last of it? Still expecting one more shipment...

Remember this if any of you run into the same situation.

One more thing. It's time to CLEAN HOUSE!!! Can I put my gear in a ziplock and bury it under some of the mulch in my backyard? I also have 3 bottles of 1-AD in the safe that I never used.

Damn the bad luck.

HOLY CRAP, That's Not EVEN Funny !
I would try and redirect that last package

yes clean house for sure. I am surprised this happened with 30 amps :( .....

If its not to late you may want to tell your source another addy. If he already sent it you may not want to accept the new pac either. That is realy gonna suck. Sorry about your loss bro.

I Would never pick up anything from a post office. YOUR SOURCE SUCKS.
What did the box say on it? Detail my freind...details...
A for her callign you up..its normal....they call up people with express mail...registered slips..pick up slips..etc. Happens all the time...also the car you saw in the parking lot is probibaly one of a postal inspector. There is at least 1 or two at each post office. Its normal. US Marshals would have nothing to do with this. Out of their juristdiction.
There was probibaly a seizure letter inside. This is just NOT the way operations are conducted.

Thanks man...but the third shipment is already on the way. I'm surprised about the 30 amps too. This means that some fuckwit Customs guy has my gear.

How smart is it to tell us and the whoel world where you will be transfering your items?

Just wasn't taking any chances. The package wasn't actually a package, but rather a thick envelope that looked like it had alot of meaningless forms in it.

Apparently my source DOES suck. First time I've used him..I got my Sust from a gym source.

What's weird is the EQ showed up in bubble wrap with no problems in an inconspicuous envelope.

Quick thinkin' bro, glad ur still around to tell that story!

Hi Jack,

Based upon my reading of past cases, the likelyhood of a controlled delivery goes up if customs intercepts a second package with gear, especially in a short timeframe. Your local postal inspector or PD may decide to take the case after a 'repeat incident.'

Is this package supposed to come to your house?

Ur Source Should Tell U If They Require A Signature, I Would Have Contacted Him Ans Asked As Far As Going To Get That Pack I Would Personnally Call It A Loss Unless U Know There Is A Sig Required And Even Still It Isnt Safe Fuck Signing For Anything Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I think you did well. Quick thinking.

I'd have shit my pants when I saw the car out front. IMO, to risk signing is stupid, whether its a CD or not. I don't need the gear or the money it cost me so bad that I'd risk legal troubles. Just my $.02

Chalk it up to experience and find a domestic, hometown source (and clean house til the dust settles from the second pack in transit). Best of luck.

BB

Express requires a sig :(

yes they do. it happened to me the same way. i signed for it and it was a seizure letter. i was setting at home and a guy in a suit delivered mine in a car just like you described. anyway i was shitting in my pants and awnsered the door and was like no one by that name lives here sorry, cant help you , by. i then the next day went and talked to the mail lady and she said the suit was a man who works in the office and was just delivering my package in the postal car. talk to your sourse and explain and he should resend your package IMO.

That's FUBAR. Though the lady is totally full of shit. Really, a man in a suit, in an 'official' car, brings it upon himself to deliver that particular parcel which just so happened to be gear.

But you did what I would do. Deny, lie, etc...

Damn Bro that really sucks. I'm just glad you did everything right and sitting at your computer telling us your story instead of in jail.

Well, my source didn't require a signature...but apparently U.S. Customs did. I cleaned house today and the only thing that is still in the house are my darts. Nothing illeagal about that right? I'm pissed that those bastards hi-jacked my gear, but whatever...at least I'm not in jail. I won't be going international anymore, thats for sure.

Just wondering about that third parcel now.

it was an express package, and it arrived after the mail carrier left for deliveries, so he was delivering it before 12.00

If they obtain a warrant your computer will give them everything they need to know...

I would move your computer to your dads house or get a new hard drive

at the very minimum delete your files and cookies

They cant get a warrent without probable cause. If he doesnt accept a package they cant prove that it was his. And for the amount he ordered i highly doubt a judge will agree to a shake down. At best they will do a knock and talk but if he refuses to admit to anything they have 0.

damn bro, im still waiting on an INTL order and its been about 2 weeks......Damnit!! Now you got me all shook up! :worried:

If your delivery gets creepy, do what I did and just refuse and walk away.

I keep telling myself that I've blown more money at casino's.

Better luck to you my friend.

Your computer would probably be one of the first things they would confiscate during a search :(

Well, I cleaned house, my gear is..."elswhere" and I'm taking my computer tower into work tomorrow night and handing it off to my buddy who lives on a farm until the next package arrives or doesn't arrive.

I may be out for awhile bro's....cleaning house.

I'll talk to all of you good folks when this blows over.

Peace Brothers.

I hope the CPU to your coworker/buddy to his farm was all a joke.....(way too much info to share, but a damn good idea)......although, IMO I think it's all overboard, but then again....rather be Safe than Sorry right....

cleaning cookies..LMFAO and deleting standard files.

WILL DO ZERO NADA ZILCH!!!

that is why i first suggested getting a new hard drive

Im def gonna try to find a dom source, cause this INTL thing sucks....its my first and my last doing that :worried:

you need to get a an eraser program that will x-o your unused hard drive space. The government only looks 3 layers deep unless you are like banking alot of $$$$. google a softwear called eraser. It will do a real number on unused space.
