In cases like this they have to get you to accept the order, if you refuse to even touch the package and take delivery, there isnt much they can do from what I understand.

I thought that if your house was clean then you were safe?

I mean what person- if they have a package at their front door with their name on it- does not accept it?

I don't see how you couldn't make a defense that every upstanding citizen who gets a package with their name on it would of course accept it.

Like everyone says- if you just don't like someone you could send some coke or whatever with crappy packaging and get someone popped.

If they have a warrant then they allready have enough dirt on you or they wouldnt have a warrent. A controlled delivery would be just icing on the cake wouldnt it?

Well according to legal muscle (I'll have to doublecheck but pretty sure), many of the CD warrants are dependant on YOU or someone in your family (which is shitty) accepting the package before executing the warrant.

One thing I would do is dont open the door very wide if you do decide to answer it to the postal delivery person/possible agent. Rick gave one story in there about a guy who refused the pack, started to slam the door and the agent tried to throw the pack in his house but it didnt make it.... the agents then decided to do a 'knock and talk' but the guy wouldnt answer the door and he never heard from then again...assumingly because their warrant was dependant on acceptance into the household.

Get Ricks book, you would not beleive some of the shit these feds do and get away with also some of the penalties are so severe you would have nightmares. This fucking government makes me sick.

I will also add that if you have ordered from him in the past and if he kept records of transactions then you may be paid a visit and interrogated so that they can use you as a witness in his trial. This can happen even if you aren't expecting any packages and have a clean house. This has already happened to one member of the board.

If they have enough dirt on you to deliver to you... then they will most likely have enough dirt to get you whether or not you sign or accept the package.

Now, if it is just some package arriving out of the blue... that you didn't order... then I'd think you'd be ok... but if YOU ordered it, and deny recept... they can pretty much STILL get you... regardless.

If a Source gets busted, and your name was on a recent mailing list... from that information alone, it is not enough to come search your house...

Also, keep in mind... that many times, the feds don't give a rats ass about "steroids" -- they really don't. They care alot about Dangerous drugs... as evidenced in the past... DNP, Ketamine, etc... If you ordered some juice from a source that got busted, I seriously doubt you'll be followed up on.

Federal Agents are not dumbasses... they are for the most part highly intelligent guys... most of them are attorneys or have higher educations and analytical thinking abilities. NEVER think you can outsmart them... even I, someone who knows the law pretty damn good... would NEVER say anything other than "It's a beautiful day outside"

If you are recieving a package via USPS you dont have to sign for anything, its just a matter of walking out to your mailbox and pulling it out. Can feds disguise themselves as your everyday mailman? or would they wait around the corner for you to pull it out of your mailbox?
