welp legal beagels out there i got a contract signed and dated by sponsor and they have not paid their monthly agreed upon fee clearly layed out in the contract it states both a set base amount plus commision they are ignoring calls and emails and i a m afraid to remove their advertising as i fear legal reprisal thing is i have other sponsor who are willing to pay upfront what can i do i can post the contract if you want and i am going to begin bashing their name which is not slander or liable since the story is compeltely true right> ? the contract states we can have more than one sponsor as long as they don't provide a conflict of interest meaning they don't compete with each other by selling the same type of product the new potential sponsor is basically a competing company
