Contest prep

i havent used it yet but only read great things about it,id say use it,i mean u are going all out anyway and getting prepared for a show,so use it to better your chances,.I dont think i would run to winstrol for 8 weeks,correct me if im wrong everyone,but not suppose to use it past 6 weeks i belive
 
I been reading on the Sarms, what do u think about it? I heard it can be used for PCt as well.. It seems to be changing body comp..

I would go for it, 4 weeks before comp, it give the muscles a more full look without the bloat, perfect when you come on stage dry and flat.

Thanks Radar! I'm gonna run it at the start for 4 weeks then last four weeks and maybe PCT at a low dosage! i WILL BE POSTING SOME PICS ON HERE GUYS
 
I just caught this post, 500mgs of enanthate will be fine, just add 20mgs of novaldex ed, and that wil kil the bloat!!

I hear you bro...I am not trying to to be an A$$Hole or disrespectful to the board. But what PISSES me off is to hear others give BS responses and advice to something they know nothing about. IMHO if you never been in a comp, how you can give advice about contest prep? Recreational use of aas and contest prep is TOTALLY different. Everyones body is different, and you can not give the same general advice that you have learned here EF and from the "big guy at the gym" and pass that on to everyone for contest prep. Did anyone see his stats? he said he is at 15% 18 weeks out,and wants to START TEST E WHICH TAKES 4-5 WEEKS TO "KICK" and also means he has to go down atleast 1 body fat % a week just to be at 3-4% by contest time. Proper Contest prep can only be given after SEEING what you are advising and proper diet and cardio is ALREADY in place. IMHO...
 
Not tested! I have decided today to start my am cardio tomorrow & my diet is in check, anyone who has competed please advise...

I missed the 15% hell i missed alot i thought he had his game plan on.
