Okay, I'm finally entering my fisrt show in June and I'm trying to put the final touches on pre contest cycle. I'm currently 225lbs at 5'11'' around 15%bf. Right now i'm 18 weeks out and eating big but clean, around 3,500 cals/ day and still training heavy.

I have around 10 cycles under my belt, but wanna tweek some things. I'm thinking an 8 week cycle starting when i'm 12 weeks out. I'm gonna be running 1 hr of cardio ed in am and try to keep my calories high.
I've used prop @ 100mg ed and had good gains but I am thinking of runing 750mg of enathate a week, but concerned about the bloat.
Also, will be running Tren/ again I've used tren ace at 75mg ed, but i'm considering tren enath at 600mg a week???
Masteron at 100mg ed or eod will be added in weeks 2-10
running clen and t-3 throughout the entire cyce, with hcg 300iu etd! Any helpis more than welcome! Don't really want to be inject daily so what y'all think??
 
is someone looking at your diet ? The Key to nailing a show is not just aas my friend, its also diet and cardio. An 8 week cycle starting 12 weeks out, but 18 weeks out from the show ?????? @15% BF and 18 weeks out you need to be cutting now and already into your cycle. Please post pics to get a more accurate assesment of where you are bro.
 
I'm starting my cardio now, 45min 4 days a week for next 2 weeks. Then i'll up to 1 hr ed in am.. I wan to run var at 20-30mg ed the last four weeks.
 
Okay!! Made some changes.. should i run test all the way til the show? I will be taking 300iu of HCG every 3rd day and .25mg arimdex eod, nolva 40/40/20/20 after cycele and unleashed with post cycle! clen and t-3 will be in the mix and a clean diet consisting of 3500 cal a day for the first four weeks taking out aroung 500 cal a day as i progess. 1hr of am cardio everyday starting week 4 then evaluate from there. Any advice is more than welcome, thanks for the help! This got all screwed up and i put way to much time on it! Please understand and i'll fix tomorrow

i havent used it yet but only read great things about it,id say use it,i mean u are going all out anyway and getting prepared for a show,so use it to better your chances,.I dont think i would run to winstrol for 8 weeks,correct me if im wrong everyone,but not suppose to use it past 6 weeks i belive
 
I been reading on the Sarms, what do u think about it? I heard it can be used for PCt as well.. It seems to be changing body comp..

I would go for it, 4 weeks before comp, it give the muscles a more full look without the bloat, perfect when you come on stage dry and flat.

Thanks Radar! I'm gonna run it at the start for 4 weeks then last four weeks and maybe PCT at a low dosage! i WILL BE POSTING SOME PICS ON HERE GUYS
 
I just caught this post, 500mgs of enanthate will be fine, just add 20mgs of novaldex ed, and that wil kil the bloat!!

I hear you bro...I am not trying to to be an A$$Hole or disrespectful to the board. But what PISSES me off is to hear others give BS responses and advice to something they know nothing about. IMHO if you never been in a comp, how you can give advice about contest prep? Recreational use of aas and contest prep is TOTALLY different. Everyones body is different, and you can not give the same general advice that you have learned here EF and from the "big guy at the gym" and pass that on to everyone for contest prep. Did anyone see his stats? he said he is at 15% 18 weeks out,and wants to START TEST E WHICH TAKES 4-5 WEEKS TO "KICK" and also means he has to go down atleast 1 body fat % a week just to be at 3-4% by contest time. Proper Contest prep can only be given after SEEING what you are advising and proper diet and cardio is ALREADY in place. IMHO...
 
Not tested! I have decided today to start my am cardio tomorrow & my diet is in check, anyone who has competed please advise...

I missed the 15% hell i missed alot i thought he had his game plan on.
