Help me figure this out.

I have a contest on May 17th 2003.
I need to start prep tomorrow. I am setting my diet at 1500 calories with 200 grams of protein and around 150 grams of carbs and the remainder healthy fats. I will split this up into 6 meals a day. I will do an hour of cardio at 5am and lift M-F at 1pm. I will do 30 mins of posing practice in the evenings and abs six days a week.

I am currently at 155 and around 12-13% BF. I am cycling NorAndro Spray, CLA, ZMA and EQ. I cannot do any fat burners due to heart condition. I hope that someone has some advice as to what I could do better or different to get me in the best condition for the show. I want to be ready about 4 weeks out so that I can play with the Carb deplete, carb load and have some evaluations by friends who are also contest judges. Why abs 6 days a week?

What method did you use to arrive at 12-13%?

You are aware that EQ can impact your heart health, as well? I don't know what you mean by "heart condition."
