Help me figure this out.

I have a contest on May 17th 2003.
I need to start prep tomorrow. I am setting my diet at 1500 calories with 200 grams of protein and around 150 grams of carbs and the remainder healthy fats. I will split this up into 6 meals a day. I will do an hour of cardio at 5am and lift M-F at 1pm. I will do 30 mins of posing practice in the evenings and abs six days a week.

I am currently at 155 and around 12-13% BF. I am cycling NorAndro Spray, CLA, ZMA and EQ. I cannot do any fat burners due to heart condition. I hope that someone has some advice as to what I could do better or different to get me in the best condition for the show. I want to be ready about 4 weeks out so that I can play with the Carb deplete, carb load and have some evaluations by friends who are also contest judges. If you start out with that much cardio, what are you going to do down the line when your fatloss stalls?? You should, IMHO, gradually increase your cardio if needed rather than starting off with 5 hours per week. Use the cardio to boost your metabolism if fatloss slows. At your height and weight you should be able to lose fat with the diet alone for at least 4-6 weeks. And I think 6 days per week of ab work is silly........
 
3 questions:

Why abs 6 days a week?

What method did you use to arrive at 12-13%?

You are aware that EQ can impact your heart health, as well? I don't know what you mean by "heart condition."
 
Abs once or twice a week is plenty. That much ab work will give you flat stringy looking abs.

CLA isn't going to help much. Waste of money.

Nor-Andro spray will give you androgenic sides, no help building muscle, waste of money.

ZMA works by helping the testicles make test, maybe if you're low in zinc and if you have testicles, otherwise, waste of money.

EQ, waste of money, need high doses to get anabolic effects and that = sides. Increases appetite.

Heart condition = NO AAS

How did you arrive at 1500 kcal? Did you have your resting metabolic rate measured with a VO2 system? and how did you have your % bodyfat measured.
