Has anybody heard about T4 enhancing the effects of growth hormone and if so any idea how much T4 you would need to take?

Also would you reccomend T3 for cutting 6 weeks out from a comp & how much would you suggest taking as i realize this needs to be ramped up & down?

This article has no abstract so we have provided the first paragraph of the full text.

The study by Agha et al. clearly demonstrates that administration of recombinant human GH (rhGH) to adults with severe GHD often leads to clinically relevant central hypothyroidism, which manifests as a decline in serum concentrations of endogenous T4 or exogenously administered levothyroxine. A seminal observation of the study is that serum T4 concentrations decline in a substantial number of rhGH-treated patients with GHD who are also receiving levothyroxine, and that an increase in the levothyroxine dose is often needed in these patients. Another important finding is that despite comparable biologic responses to rhGH, patients whose serum T4 levels declined appreciably during the first 3 months of rhGH administration had less of an improvement in the quality of life estimate than those patients who remained euthyroxinemic. Moreover, the addition of levothyroxine (or an increase in its dose) resulted in comparable quality of life scores after 6 months of rhGH treatment. Reduced T4 levels can, therefore, have subtle effects upon the comprehensive therapeutic response to rhGH.
