SpyWizard Elite Mentor EF VIP May 12, 2011 #3 My normal right now.. start with 2 tbls of grape seed oil, bring to heat add 1/2 cup spinach add 1/4 cup lintil (lintal Magic) add 2 eggs whipped like an omelet and poor over what's in the pan cook to desired.. any veggies and or any meats can be added but the lentil is enough protein with the eggs..
