This is my first day and post on here. Very appreciative of this forum.
I have been working out pretty consistently since I was 14 when I was 135 lbs. I am now 42 and a muscular 235 lbs and have never done any drugs or steroids during that entire time but after 28 years I want to try to achieve some goals in my training that I can not get to. I am thankful for all the years of training and the sport has saved my life for sure. I also have done just about every supplement out there.
At this stage I feel I have pretty much hit the wall. I always wanted to bench the 4-45lb plates on each side but never could achieve it. I max out now at about 340 and want to hit 415. Highest ever is 370.
I also feel my testosterone levels may naturally be going down as well as HGH. Sex drive is good but not what it used to be as well as motivation. I still do my workouts consistently but find I am going through the motions more.
I was wondering if someone could suggest (in laymans terms) a good starting cycle for me. I am would like to put on maybe 15 lbs of bodyweight, get stronger and help with some of the things I described. I want to go safe as possible with no dangerous sides. Keep in mind I am a complete novice in this area and I am not sure what some of the initials are lol. Money is not an issue and I think I can get access to most of the things I would need. Any help, advice is appreciated very much.
