Considering DNP..Plans..

Contemplating the following.

Supps:

1-2g R-ALA (Depends on carb cravings if I go over 1g which is simply for anti-ox benifits)
Co-Q10
10 Liporexin (R+ALA +ALCAR+GT+co-Q10 for antiox, fat-loss and oxidative damage protection)
1g Quercetin for rash protection
N-acetyl cysteine
Vitamin C+E
12.5mg E-HCL x 6 (MAX) a day (small doses to ensure I dont get overly dehydrated and to keep hunger away).
Y-DF (or ES) on face and abs 2x per day (pre-cardio, pre-sleep)


Cycle -

Day 1-3: 200mg
Day 4-10: 300mg, dont want to automatically jump 200mg, so I'll probably use 300mg and test 400 to see how it feels. I'm measuring out the caps myself so I can better tailor the dose. (I'd rather be safe than sorry).

2 Gallons of Water per day at least.

Workouts depend on energy levels.

Weather here is supposed to be almost freezing everyday next week so It seems like a decent time to run this.

Diet: High Protein, low-ish carbs.

Cardio: Going to attempt 30 min everyday (low low intenisty) but again, all depends on how I feel, I dont want to push my body.

fair enough!! If you feel this is the option which best suits your needs then the above sounds pretty good. I have personally never done dnp but I have read quite a bit about it and it sounds like you have done your home work.

how low are you going with the carbs? I was under the impression that on DNP a better diet would be 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat.
 
It doesn't matter. You're going to lose the same amt of weight whether it's 2000 calories of all carbs or all protein or whatever.
 
might want to throw in glycerin/glyercol and pyruvate under you list of supps... other than that it looks good.
 
I believe the dnp inferno post lists everything to be taken/avoided.

Already read it. I was also here when FarBeyondDriven was seriously hurt by it. I'm considering not using it but also thik this is a SAFE drug assuming you dont use it irresponsibly or in place of real dieting.

I'm doing a 2-day blitz every 3-4 weekends, including this one. I'm down around 3 lbs since Friday. I'll probably lose another then go back up 1 lb because I feel like i'm behind on water intake. It really saps your energy. I don't like ECA much but it's necessity. I got much of my carbs from fructose so days aren't so bad; last nite was really hard.
 
Carbs are IMMEDIATLY broken down and burned increasing your temp. Keep carbs low. With no carb intake, fat is massacred (DNP is muscle sparing).

MMm.. Some say DNP is muscle sparing, some say run whatever AAS you can with it (The faq)

Oh well, update...

Carb depleting today then starting 200mg tommorow. I'd be lying if I said I wasnt scared shitless so we'll see if I go above 200mg or how long the cycle lasts (saftey>fat-loss).

I would recommend one addition...carry a thermometer with you. If you feel extremely warm take your temp...being you are in cold weather like myself..I just go out side everyonce and while to cool off. Don't let the ney sayers mess with your head. You are using it the right way by taking it slow and using the proper chemicals to regulate your body.
 
Dudes, DNP is MUSCLE SPARING.

Knowing that and with an understanding of glycolosis, you can figure out why low carbs is the best route, and understanding how DNP works, you understand why eating carbs makes you hotter.

I think I've read a post (a very scientific one) a while ago from Fonz explaining why more carbs during the DNP cycle were better, but i'm not completely sure. If I recall.. the 30%protein/50%carbs/20%fat was the preferred route.
 
I'm on 300mg EQ/200mg Deca E4D - week 5; done two 2-day DNP blitzes so far. I'm down around 5 lbs so far. The first day's not bad but the 2nd day sucks. I like it overall though. I still might try 200mg ED for a month.
