Considering 1st cycle... which one is for me?

I'm 35, male, 5'9", 173, 12% bf and have been lifting for 5 years. 1 rep maxes are: Squat 365, Dead 305, Bench 305, Military Press 190. Currently 2 months into 5/3/1 and trying to get my diet in check as this is something I have not paid much attention to in the past. I still have not convinced myself that I'm ready for this so i am just researching for now. I'm looking for something mild to just test the waters. I was looking into Primobolan or Anavar but the recent talk if Epi-strong has me intrigued. I was also looking into Androhard or AMass but really can't seem to figure out how it ranks against the above. What would you suggest? Have I left anything out that I should consider? Thanks for the help.
 
Well im glad you said your still trying to get on track before jumping on. the lower your bf% the better the cycle and diet is key. What are your goals? you ok with the needle or prefer an oral?
 
My goal is to increase lean body mass and get me moving towards my potential a little quicker. I'm leaning towards orals since I'm new to this but haven't ruled out the needle so I'd be interested in hearing recommendations for both.
 
Yes, I definitely will have my diet in check before jumping in. I want to do this right if I'm going to do it. I've been as low as 9%, what would you recommend I be at?
 
If you're just testing the water,i would do a beastdrol cycle.
 
1) Primo should be run upwards of 12 weeks because gains are slow and steady

2) First time cycle should be 8-10 weeks IMO

3) If you have lipds / cholesterol issues, be cautious with var

4) Do a test only cycle for your first time... maybe throw in some Epi-strong
 
if you want something mild to test the waters go with epi-strong.
if you want something that will give you bigger gains go w/ beastdrol
if you want to go all out go w/ test 500mg for 8-10 weeks.

all are good solid options for a first cycle. do your research on pct and on cycle supplementation to make sure you cover all your bases.

Definitely get your diet and nutrition in order!!!

I second this. beast is good shit, i kinda like diselbolan a little more but thats just me. I would say of all of them beast at 20mg per day starting out. At 20mg the sides of beast are low and there are still noticable gains. you can go up to 30mg but with beast i wouldnt go past that headaches are pretty wicked. It is liver toxic so youll want to buy a bottle of n2guard from needtobuildmuscle.com and of course your pct to include hcgen while on through.

Either one of these should be fine unless you are sensitive to it. And we have products for that too if that ever comes up. Epi can be a little rough on the joints, its a decent product but i would still chose beast over epi. Super dmz from iron lab mags avail at www.orbitnutrition.com i believe is their version of beast but its a little cheaper. I havent run anything from ironmag but i did buy a bottle of methadrol extreme so i will at some point. let us know what route you go and your pct plan so we can make sure your good to go.

impressive stats but am i reading that right.....your max bench is the same as your max deadlift? As far as a cycle goes all good advice here, your stats look good and with 5 years training experience I say go ahead and run a test only cycle imo....

test e 500mg/week 1-10
beast 3 caps ed weeks 1-4
n2guard 7caps ed 1-4


grab some hcg and pin 250 iu's 2x/week weeks 3-12 and have some adex and letro on hand as well

pct:
hcgenerate weeks 12-16
pct/unleashed combo 12-16
bridge weeks 16-20

a small dose of clomid of 25mg ed wouldn't hurt druing pct either but what ive' listed should do the trick

Thanks! I spend extended time away from home due to my job. I stay in hotels or a 5th wheel and rely on Powerblocks, a weighted vest, travel bench and pullup bar for workouts when on the road. Therefore I can't work my back heavy on the road and my deadlift suffers. I've figured out how to adapt a barbell to my PowerBlocks if I can get motivated to weld it so hopefully I can keep my deads on track.
 
I appreciate all the help. I've got a lot of good ideas to think about. As soon as I get my diet in check I'll jump in. I'll check back in to get the final cycle and pct advice when I get there.

oh no doubt...that's an impressive bench for just over 170lbs bro, sounds like you have a solid foundation. As far as traveling I know there is some gyms that are everywhere and can use anywhere, just something to look into
