Conditioning/Mass cycle for beginner

Hi guys,

I'm trying to put together a cycle for my brother. I have previously used quite basic cycles such as straight dbol only or dbol, sust and deca.

His requirements are a little different:

- He is holding a bit too much bodyfat and he's keen to lean up a bit,

- Would like as much muscle gain as possible but the above is priority,

- He'd ideally like to just use one oral only if possible. He's not set against shots but if he could get good gains on just one type of oral that'd be great,

- He competes in a drug tested sport from time to time but probably won't until November/December so clearance times are not a massive issue at the moment but he'd obviously want to avoid options with more than a couple of months detection time,


The options I'd thought of are:

Andriol
Anavar
Oral Winnie

Could you get away with running a cycle of just one of these? Especially since it's his first cycle? Would he see significant gains over, say, 8 weeks?


If I were to stack with a shot I was think one of those with either:

Test Prop
Winnie
or Primobolan depot


Any thoughts on this guys?


Do you think he'd need to run nolva alongside these during the cycle? and if so which would need and which would not?


I know this is slightly OT but are there any special considerations you guys would take regarding PCT after such a cycle? I'm a little concerned with, what seems to be, a relatively long detection time for HCG and little or no info for Clomid, Nolva, Aromasin etc. Any thoughts on this also greatly appreciated.

How old is your bro?

How high is his body fat? Ideally, he should be under 15% before cycling imo. Especially if he wants more of his gains to be on the lean side.
 
23 y.o.a.

Bodyfat is relatively high...I'm guessing maybe 18-20%

Weight...~110kg

Height - ~6'1"

About 2 1/2 years training background. Good lower body muscle mass, upper body muscle mass is ok but could do with a little more.


Am I not right in saying that AASs will assist in improving body comp? He has no intention of competing in bodybuilding...more in strength sport...he would just like something to help gain a little muscle mass, drop a little more fat and gain a little more strength.

From what I'm reading the biggest issue with a higher bodyfat % is the risk oestrogen related sides...correct? But then how do Strongmen, Powerlifters and Weightlifters with high BF %s cope?

He's set on doing the cycle so I'd like to be able to give him the best advice. I can tell him to avoid until he drops some weight but he won't and I wouldn't want him to get bad advice elsewhere.
 
people always say its better to have lower bf but he could lose weight while gaining muscle mass he would just look alot leaner if he dropped his % first
