I usually prepare the curry in a pan with garlic, onions, gingeroot and a little olive oil. Then I add the meat and brown it in the pan. I add non-fat yougurt and fresh tomatoes afterward and let simmer. It tastes great and is healthy as well.
Try the Lite Balsamic Vinegerette(sp) is is awesome.

Another one that is EXCELLENT for your grilled chicken breast is "Tiger Sauce" it is the spice the putt on buffalo wing all except your not eating the fried part or the skin. Inotherwords it is healthy buffalo breats.
