Computer "wiz" people....

my computer gives me an error upon startup....
- possible software/hardware upgrade
-start comp in safe mode
-normally
-last know safe usage( or something like that)

either way it wont start windows...
and reason y this is happening? and how to fix it..??

i dont want to re-format it... im hoping i dont have to i have lots of info i need that i will deffinatly loose if this happens...
i inserted my XP cd, but that does jack shit.....

try starting in safe-mode (you should have the option there)... did you install anything new lately?

doesn't look good orb. Systems tend to accumulate garbage, it is just the way it is, besides the loss of performance sometimes shit hits the fan as well and that is when a backup is required

Dust off and nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Windows installs get old after a while and a reinstall becomes necessary. When did you last blow the dust out from the insides, especially around the CPU cooling fan?

Pintoca: take a look at this, assuming Microshaft hasn't taken it down already. I haven't tried adding a workaround.

i actually had blown dust off from the inside.. the fan was making noises... its only 2yr old...then this shit happens.

Pintoca- cant start in safe mode or anything... it just returns to the beggining err screne again
