when I want to search on my home page,all my recent searches drop down.How do I delete these,and disable this option?

days to keep pages in history - you decide this.. 1 day might be good if you are trying to cover tracks..

or just clear history whever you have been surfing

That's a local setting in internet explorer you need to change.

Go to the Tools menu, choose Internet Options and then "Content". Press the AutoComplete button and deselect the box next to "Forms".

That should do the trick!
