Ok.... Dial Tone being the cuddly little snuggle puppy that he is gave me a great site. Slide.com

Basically you make a few clicks, upload some photos and bingo! you have a nice little slide show.

So I do it.

Then try to save it. :bawling:

Apparently you can only save it for format for things like Myspace.com

I need to save it in a way that it is stored on my harddrive and I can then go into Dreamweaver, click my INSERT option and load it into my webpage.

What do I need to do? I really like the first display option of collage type. Any advice or another program to use for this same effect? I have proshow gold but haven't installed it yet.

Bro, please put that comment into AAPnglish for me.

What do I do? Find a spot on my Dreamweaver site and insert hyperlink or something?

that might be a solution, it should allow to insert content from your HD or from an online source.

in what format does the slide thing saves?

can dreamweaver (he so dreamy) parse a call to an external website? (your slide?)

can you simply open a frame or a popup and play it there? that much should be possible.

It saves the finished slideshow as a code that you have to cut and fucking paste in Myspace.

Not in any format. I guess I could save it in notepad and save it as .txt to the harddrive... but then what.

Did you look at slide.com? Did you see the collage option? Does Proshow Gold do this?

dunno if this will work or not but is worth a shot.

-copy and past the code to myspace
-view your myspace page
-right-click on the slide show
-save as.....

then it is only calling a routine back at the site, most likely a simple parameter (filename) to a php page.

bro, that is simple html, copy paste that into the oh so dreamy thingie
