Computer program?

Does anyone know if they make any type of program or software that allows you to speak into equipment and it translates your words into text? For writing reports and so on.

It has been around for as long as I have been in IT. I would imagine it's serviceable by now. You can teach it to recognize your own accent.

nope, that's not true, the program is trainable..
