I was in the gym today a grand total of about 20 minutes I think. I was completely flat. I felt it at two plates on the incline, felt like it was three. My muscles had NOTHING!! I ate good today, I was pumped when I went to the gym.....muscles just had NOTHING! Today was the first day on IGF....took 10 mcg's in the morning and then another 10 before the workout. Felt good most of the day. Can IGF do that to you?
