I read an article years ago by Lee Haney about an up and comming bodybuilder (don't remember the name) who he was training for competition. The focus of the article was how Haney was training this guy without having him chunk up in the off season. It's been so long since I read the article that I don't remember the details. I know this is contrary to popular approach to bodybuilding, but anybody ever heard of this kind of thing before? Maybe even tried it?
