Comp week

Here is what I am planning on doing. Sun, Mon, Tues, 0 carbs, wed 100, thurs 300, fri 600, sat 600. I am going to go all complex with the carbs, using only brown rice since i like it a lot anyway and oats kill my stomach. Cutting water and sodium completely fri afternoon, thurs night as far as the sodium goes. I really dont know when to start drinking distilled, I bought 8 gallons of it today though. I really dont know what or how much to eat the morning of the show. My prejudging isnt till 10 am. I will probably weigh in the night before. Im not sure on your dieretic knowledge but I am planning on taking aldactone at 50mg thurs, fri, sat morning, and 40 mg lasix sat afternoon? That is really all I can think of right now, any critiques suggestions of flames welcome and appritiated.

Its ok....you have a decent plan there----you wont know how your looking until next week-----we can see how much water your holding or if your going to peak to early.......

why not bro---the first one if by FAR the HARDEST---after that its much easier and you learn more and more about what works for you.......
 
Ive proved what I set out to prove in this aspect of my life. Now it on to conquering a diffent task. I am trying to see how many unacheivable things I ccan achive in life. I am currently writing a book and have a cd I need to focus on. I just got a modeling deal, and cant need to stay lean for that, and was also advised to Definitally NOT get any bigger. I will always lift and workout and be above the norm, but I will never close my life off to the world for 16 weeks again. Like some know I was 280lb fat lazy alcoholic drug addict who had no job no money and no asperations in life. My main goal, the reason I beleive I am here is to show others that anything is possible if you work hard enough for it.

get silver, Mak, needsize, QS... they would know some good tips for the week of competition... im doing my first this september, and the last week is probably going to be the toughest.

Here's my prep for next week.
Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed
Only drink distilled water and boil your chicken only in distilled water.
Every two hrs 8-10oz of boiled chicken and 4-6oz of Broclli or Asparagus
Yum Yum Really looking forward to it.

Wednesday after 1pm I start to carb up with only complex carbs and only 4oz per sitting.
Thursday I up the intake of carbs to 6oz per sitting
Friday at noon I cut off the water and increase carbs to 7-8ozs per sitting.
Friday night I eat a large serving of red meat "Filet probably 10-12oz and two slices of pizza."
Saturday morning 6 egg whites with a short stack of pancakes and bacon.
Granola and rice cakes with peanut butter and jelly every hour the remainder of the morning. Make sure you bring an orange to the Pre-judging and eat half right before you go on-stage its your only form of energy. You'll thank me later!!!!!!!!!

After Pre-Judging its off to eat a cheese burger and fries really anything except water or fluids until after the show.

Water is like pussy after the show man I love me some cold water like a piece of fresh pussy. :p

I use complex carbs until I pull my water and I only use them on Friday late night and Saturday.
As long as you don't drink anything your fine. You'll be veiny and grainy. :chomp:
