Here is what I am planning on doing. Sun, Mon, Tues, 0 carbs, wed 100, thurs 300, fri 600, sat 600. I am going to go all complex with the carbs, using only brown rice since i like it a lot anyway and oats kill my stomach. Cutting water and sodium completely fri afternoon, thurs night as far as the sodium goes. I really dont know when to start drinking distilled, I bought 8 gallons of it today though. I really dont know what or how much to eat the morning of the show. My prejudging isnt till 10 am. I will probably weigh in the night before. Im not sure on your dieretic knowledge but I am planning on taking aldactone at 50mg thurs, fri, sat morning, and 40 mg lasix sat afternoon? That is really all I can think of right now, any critiques suggestions of flames welcome and appritiated.
