Been using Yohimburn DF on my face, abs, love handles/lower back once per day, 45 minutes prior to either morning cardio, or afternoon weight training.

Been using it for a week now, and can't belive how well it's working in this short peroid of time. My face is noticeably leaner, and my abs look more defined. Good stuff!

Anyone with the puffy face will get some serious benefit from this to me...I was looking at a picture of anthony ellis today at gnc, and he was at about 6 percent bodyfat I think they said, yet his face was thick and puffy... (especially for a natty hah ) .... I think I was one of the first to really try it on my face...I had cut down to once a week for awhile, now I'm using the rest of my bottle which is still about 1/3 left before starting my bulking cycle, at which time I'll use the df version. dont usually like bandwagons but couldnt be happier with yohimburn

a question for macro:

What is yohimbine like in terms of the body adapting to it's positive effects... I'd like to use it as a preventative during bulking, on the face, but want it to work at full when I am cutting later on... would an intelligent usage be, say, a light dosage 2-3 days a week preworkout during bulking, then take 2-3 weeks off of it completely before using it heavily again?

there is no known adaptation to the alpha2 antagonist effects.. (this does not absolutely mean that there is not one.. but there is no known adaptation.. and that none has been found among users.. there imay be a decreased stim effect.. though likely due to adpatation to raised NE)

so no break should be necessary

just wanted to say what an excellent way to wake up in the morning. This stuff really wakes me up, the mint is very motivating. I highly reccomend it as a get up go before the morning cardio.
