Coming off 1st Cycle. What to expect, and how do I keep my gains?

I'm coming off my first cycle, 14 weeks Test and EQ. I'm in week 12 and plan on starting HCG next week and running it for 3 weeks after my last injection.

I've seen some great gains but am worried about loosing them. Will I loose alot when I come off? What can I expect? Any suggestions on how to keep "ALL" my gains?

Thanks in advance guys...

nolva or clomid at all? You will lose some no matter what. I don't think anyone keeps all.

I would def run some clomid, as satated above nobody will ever keep ALL their gains you just try to maintain.

all the gains you see are not muscle, it is impossible to keep everything you have gained. Most of the weight and size u have is water/fluids in your muscles and that will all go away soon. so be prepaired for the shrinking. To keep all of the muscle youve gained, use the hcg you have, get nolva also and use that, start the nolva now and go till at least you are done with the hcg, but i would personally go longer. clomid also, but i dont like using it personally and wont anymore. lift hard, dont slack on your diet, maybe throw in some creatine.

The best thing u could do right now to keep your gains and avoid a crash would be this:
use a fast acting oral(dbol/var) or test prop for three weeks after your done with the eq/test (stretch your cycle to 17wks). after the three weeks of the fast acting aas immediatly start with hcg therapy. This will give your system the time it needs to completely absorb all long ester aas still in your system. alot of test/eq will still be in your system if you start the hcg right away, this will not help your recovery at all.

good luck

Thanks for the advice...

Regarding the dbol/var comment... I heard it wasn't a good idea to run anything over 10 weeks (I feel like I'm kind of stretching it running it 14 weeks)?

ahhh its not, but you asked for the best way to keep your gains, not the healthiest way :lmao: i dont think another three weeks will matter as long as your heart/liv supps are in check.

as for what to expect, lose 25-40% of the weight youve gained within weeks and after that they'll slowy keep diminishing...until you take another cycle

Yeah but I won't loose any strength as long as I continue to work out hard?

I've been taken some anti-estrogen every other day that my brother gave me. It's kept my water weight down.

no youll def lose strenght, and if you work out too hard youll overtrain real quick. Being on for 14 weeks youve forgotten how it feels to workout without juice. Its really different trust me, recovery time for me about doubles.
