Coming off 1st Cycle. What to expect, and how do I keep my gains?

I was planning on taking 15 weeks off and then going on again. What about bridging it with low dose of HCG? I've gotten a bit of a belly because I've been eating so damn much so wouldn't mind leaning out either.

no youll def lose strenght, and if you work out too hard youll overtrain real quick. Being on for 14 weeks youve forgotten how it feels to workout without juice. Its really different trust me, recovery time for me about doubles.

thats good time for a break, but bridging is not a good idea. you need to clean your system of all drugs and give it time to return itself to normal. Ive never heard of doing a bridge with hcg but thats not a good idea as you can desensitize(sp?) your nuts to LH if youre on hcg at too high a dose or for too long. And thats BAD. HCG will not help lean you out either, maybe you were thnking of HGH.
