Shut up!
I mean, yeah, some grunts while lifting sure, but to yell for likt a minute before lifiting? LOL
I guess, its Ronnie, he's huge so he gets a pass.
The only problem is now that every 14-21 year old skinny ass punk who has been lifting for like 6 months wil think its cool to yell, and make idiots out of themselves.

heavywear said:But it is impressive for a bodybuilder 360 pounds, are you kidding?
key points to this pull if I remember correctly from the full video.
The deadlifts were done AFTER bent rows with 495 and Tbars with 11 or 12 plates on the end of the bar. 5 weeks out. NO ONE in the IFBB lifts like this. Period.

scotty green said:any of you guys that are making smart comments dissin big ron about his form, yelling, or his voice are just flat out haters. Ive never heard one pro who said they could hang with Ronnie. They know they can't. He is the badest mutha-fuckin bodybuilder on the planet when it comes to pure strength. Bar None

Oh lighten up. We were joking around. People were just making comments. Go have a beer, get laid, and relax.
Making comments on form IS a good thing. Guys should know that the form was not really that great, so that they can learn how to do it correctly and lessen the chances of injury for themselves. No one was taking anything away from Ronnie.

Sigmund Roid said:He says 360 pounds,
Mmm, I have seen guys weighing 80 kilos (180 lbs) doing that weight with more reps. But it is impressive for a bodybuilder. Not for a powerlifter.
