Coffee + Training?

Dirty Workout

I hate drinking coffee because just like belts, straps, music, workout partners, etc. it is a crutch.

Unfortunately my job is so boring that I drink a few cups during week. When I workout on Saturday without a cup of coffee it is like I'm sleepwalking through workout.

How bad is it to just say fuck it and start having a cup every day?
 
I drink coffee every day, almost.. and sometimes 2 or 3 a day, and sometimes even before a workout, I drink water after though, but it has no adverse effects on building muscle.

If it works for you, do it.
 
I drink 2 cups in the AM every day, and 1-2 glasses of iced coffee in the PM before my workout. I find the caffeine helps my intensity. -john
 
Im drinking a nice big coffee right now...
Im no fiend tho... but its a nice pick me up every now and then
