Cocoa puffs!!!

Ummm. I just had a big bowl of cocoa puffs. Wow that was good!
 
You are killing me here, I can't eat carbs this late, as gotta cut the bf. Cereal, which is a mainstay for me, my diet is about as disciplined as the pics of the peeps that Puddles so graciously spread. Fast metabolism in the 20s not got the scatback speed any more, so yeah gotta cut on carbage. I so wana run to albertsons and buy a box of frosted flakes.
I'll just drink a protein shake though and crash lata.
Bastard... lol
 
Yeah, well I usually slam down some of those little chocolate donuts before bed. hehe
I workout pretty hard at try to make it 5 times a week and for all but the last 2hrs of my day my diet is very good.
I was thinking about a banana and cottage cheese, but I forgot I didn't eat dinner cause we were carving pumpkins today then had to feed the girls and put them to bed. Some nights when I don't workout dinner seems to be forgotten.
So I just grabbed the CCP and it was good! Well I guess no night GH

Oh pop tarts! There is another fine treat! I get the unfrosted kind, put them in the toaster till there golden brown then butter them up real good atleast 1tbs per tart. That and about 1qt of milk! Now thats a meal!
 
Frosted Mini Wheats is branching out with new Blueburry Muffin and Strawberry flavors. That is just some good fiber right there........ I think about eating it while destroying a bowl of Fruity Pebbles or Apple Jacks.

LOL.....Trader Joes has some good fruited filled "PopTarts". My nutritionist has be eating them post-workout meal with my shakes. Sick cals and carbs. I am sooooooo not complaining about this one. LOL.
