i have the trainer that i work my grip with about once a week, aside from doin shrugs and carrying shit at work (sheetrock, wheel barrels of concrete, 5 gal paint buckets etc).
i can squeeze the trainer for 3 sets of 25-30 reps per hand comfortably, should i move on to the number 1? and possibly buy the number 2?
