coach says i gotta lose 10 lbs!!!

Yo i got a huge problem..I play a spring sport and my coaches want me to lose about 10 lbs(get to aroun 235-240)..my weigt fluctuates alot but im steadily around 250 these days..when we tested weights and running before i left i was only 8 percent b.f. so there isnt much to lose there..and my stenght coach likes me big...either way hw the hell am i gonna do this? Ive been on fina 75 eod for 6 weeks now..and i love it, but i dont think its a high dose..anyway whatever sugestions u bros have would help alot, got about 5 weeks to make it happen..
Have thought about upping cardio with my weights in addition to doing my running program..
 
Dude if you are that lean and big the coach should have a hard on that he could flatten nails with.
What sport is it? Also, why do you have lose weight? Is it affecting your speed or agility to any remarkable degree?
 
DNP, if you really gotta do it. You are at a very nice size now by most bodybuilder's standards unless you are like 9feet tall.

what sport, does it mean that much, think of it this way, whats your motivation whther you lsoe 10 pounds or not do youg et paid more or less? do you et a shot at a scholarship i can't think of 1 spring sprot that being 250 @ 8 5 is feasible for maybe powerhitter for baseball but tehn why soe the weight,
 
come of the juice, and lighten our intenisty in the gym. the weight should drop fairly quickly., no way am i saying stop training, but lower intenisty
