Yo i got a huge problem..I play a spring sport and my coaches want me to lose about 10 lbs(get to aroun 235-240)..my weigt fluctuates alot but im steadily around 250 these days..when we tested weights and running before i left i was only 8 percent b.f. so there isnt much to lose there..and my stenght coach likes me big...either way hw the hell am i gonna do this? Ive been on fina 75 eod for 6 weeks now..and i love it, but i dont think its a high dose..anyway whatever sugestions u bros have would help alot, got about 5 weeks to make it happen..
