You know, depending on how long the sentence was for probation violation, if it were something like 6 months, I would collect the winnings and then report for jail.

not gamble... thats bs when the state sanctions the event...thats messed up.... of course its illegal to drink and drive and more people are killed by drunk drivers than anything involving motorist in the US however alcohol is legal...
