I have recently bought some Cnidium Monnieri, Xanthoparmelia and Yohimbe for my gym workouts and performance in the bedroom ( more so for my performance in the bedroom ha).
In the past I have had a few issues with performance anxiety and feel that these will be able to give me a bit more confidence in that area. I have done alot of reasearch on these herbs and feel that they will do the trick (well I tried some Xanthoparmelia last night and I definitly felt a difference).
I am just keen to here from other people here on the forums who have used or experimented with these herbs for various uses and what your opinions are? E.g. what doses do you take? Do you take them in combination etc.
The Cnidium Monnieri and Xanthoparmelia I have are 500mg per capsule which I think is quite a bit. The yohimbe I have has 9mg of yohimbine per capsule.
Any comments and tips would be greatly appreciated.
