Clubs NY/NJ

Does anyone know of any hip-hop/house music clubs in the area besides exit that do not have dress? Anyone been to tradewides on thursday night? Not a bad crowd, some pretty hot young girls. Seaside is cool but it gets to be old and I do like hip-hop to, cant find that at temps or XS. Any suggestions!
