Club in NJ Tells Fat Chicks to LOSE SOME WEIGHT!!!

Last time I checked this is America, and people here are always looking for an easy way to scam money no matter how insane the allegation may be.

It didn't happen in America. Also this type of thing happens ALL the time. This is what clubs should be like. You can't just let anyone in.

Try going into a club with 8 guys in NYC. They will not let you in unless they are charging you a couple grand for bottles. And even if that you better be dressed correctly. So sexism, cash and the way one dresses is alright to discriminate against but since someone got their feelings hurt that they are too fat there is a lawsuit? The club has the right to reject who they please. The hell can she sue for. She didn't spend any cash. Take it as a hint to lay off the cheese burgers.

clubs want to attract people, not fill up with blob and B.O. and scare people away. If your club has a rep for having a bunch of fat chicks, white guys are NOT going to show up.

I can see you are detrmined to get your point across that you're right and I make no sense? The whole premise of what I was originally stating is that people try to sue for stupid things. I'm not an attorney and know nothing in regards to what one can and can not sue for. Does that seem to make any sense?

I would have no idea how "clubs" are in NYC, nor do I care to.

This is normal anywhere. Try that at Hollywood Clubs. Here they're more vague and just say "Sorry please get in line" while letting hot chicks go through.

What next? Guys suing for sex discrmination because they weren't allowed in, but hot chicks with bfs were? A fat chick suing a modeling agency or Hooters for not being hired?

My GF and I were at Senior Frogs in Cancun during this last spring break. Girls routinely dance on a stage in the bar -- or on the bar itself. Well this fat girl got up on the bar to dance and two bouncers closed-in on her and helped her off the bar. Mind you, between the stage and the bar there were probably still 20ish girls up there. But alas, fatty had to get down.

It was then and there I realized Mexico would soon surpass the US. We're too politically correct now so I guess its time for our star to fade.

when I was clubin back in the day, I made it a point to go and meet the managers and door staff, etc when they first opened. Most always gave me a VIP card or their personal card to get in. I don't remember waiting that much at any club....

well.... They really dont have a case. I worked for abercrombie for a couple of years and the regional HR guy told me and others that there are a bunch protected classes including race, age, religion etc.,but that ugly is not one of them. So I think they should lose the weight or find a different club. Reminds me of when I used to go to the Soundfactory and they would tell the uglies that they couldn't come in because it was the pretty people place. And then my underage ass woilx get in no problem LOL.

The point is to make it uncomfortable for fat chicks - so they won't wanna come back. There are plenty of 'fat friendly' clubs and club nights where it's full of fatties galore! lol.

A funny thing. As a musician - you want EVERYONE to pay and come see you. Fatties, oldies, whoever. As long as the club is packed. So it works both ways.
