i got some test 400, for free from a buddy. i drew some out and it was cloudy as hell. i mean it was almost yellow. not looking like anything i have see. is this normal?

Could be the type oil it was suspended in.

mine started to get a strand of fog in it! i just chunked it.. thought it was bacteria..
