I recently recalled a conversation with Magilicuti about how some dudes he knows wreck their clothes up to look "cooler" such as tearing off a back pocket off their jeans and/or creating holes in strategic places.
Now, I work at Abercrombie & Fitch and upon looking at old catalogues, I realize that their models all wear the current product but similarly altered.
Some of the tricks used are cutting the jeans at the bottom at the seam so they sit lower over the boot (now they already come precut but just in case...) and some short sleeve polos get the collar frayed by running a straight razor along the edge of it. Also, some of the clothes is rubbed on a baseball field to get that worn dirty look.
Anyone into this?

I think the idea is to acheive that "vintage" look.
