Yeah, tri's are one of my stronger points. I have a couple of pics posted in member pictures where you can see them sweeping pretty well. Wish my pecs could keep up...the fuckers keep tweaking. I can't do regular bench right now, so I'm just trying to get a freaky close grip. LOL
Very nice... I just started to have an all arm day and my priority is the close-grip, don't worry about the bench it will become stronger as well with a little practice
yeah, that really is some obscene weight on close grips. i have never even anyone come close to that much weight...but then again, i used to lift at a 'fru-fru' gym and now lift at my university.

Thanks guys. I really wish my chest was up for the challenge. Things were going nicely until a few weeks ago when I was just putzing around with 315 at home on regular bench presses and tweaked a spot that I've hurt before. Oh well. Take what you can get, I suppose. Close grip doesn't make my shoulders ache either like normal bench does so I'll just play with it for awhile.
