I hit chest and arms today, but I pulled my right pec in a recurring problem spot last week, so regular flat bench with just 225 wasn't feeling all that good. I figured I'd just do some close grip bench instead and hit my chest more directly with some inclines afterward since they don't bother it.

365- I got it just a little past halfway and then ran out of gas. I wish I had put on 350 instead. It would have gone up smoothly.
