JJ,

Lemme rephrase the question.

I am using clen now, started creatine, ran HCG at the end of my cycle and am doing the 300.100.50 clomid dosing pattern ... so I have the bases covered for post cycle gains maintenance.

I am bumping this cause i need to lose fat after clomid (CKD until my next cycle)

I havent ruled DNP out yet, but its sketchy and scares me.

Question being, how long do I have to keep eating ABOVE maintenance cals to retain MOST gains (post cycle clomid) before I can diet!

I can't eat fucking 2g lb bodyweight on a diet, gluconeogensis would kick my ass and when i came off, id shrink faster than testicles in ice water. 2g is necessary off gear ... it just isn't (AFTER you are recovered)

Question is, how long should i eat like im "on" before I can diet on CKD *after clomid* and not worry too much., 5 weeks is just too long, im not willing to do it longer than 2 ... but is this enough ... is it too much. Bump for help.

OK...this makes more sense. Maybe now that your question is clarified you'll get better answers from someone with more dieting experience (I am ecto/meso) I knew there had to be more to this...

Have you thought about a Primo bridge? I ran it when on a Keto diet and got nice solid results... its known to be the one AS that does well on a caloric deficit. This way, you could spare your gains and lean up at the same time. Other than that, I am not sure what to tell you. I view the post-cycle period as much longer than most people... and I think high caloric intake is crucial for sometime post-cycle.

i will run hypercaloric diet until my nuts are cranking test at full force, but then i should be able to drop to 1 g and maintenance and even diet.

i thought about bridging, but talked to huck among others and since this is between 1st and 2nd cycle, i dont wanna annihilate my hpta quite yet. ill bridge later ... when i start looking to step on stage.

But then again .. is it safe to bridge and consider it "off"

Doesn't the CKD diet call for more than 1g/lb of bodywieght anyway? Why would you need to drop it bro? Adjust your carb intake, and fat intake. I even increase my protein when I diet.
 
kak diesel's ckd call for 1 g and the rest to come from fat except for weekend carb ups. im gonna follow his regimine.
