First off, how old are you? Another is , you ordered Test 400 and Tren Ace which both are for advanced cycle users on a ( I am assuming a FIRST cycle). Its apparent you have not done any research and have no idea what these compounds are even suppose to do. At 160 pounds you need to eat more. I am probably almost 110% positive that the gear you ordered is probably bunk since its apparent you know nothing about this and are an easy target. I am sorry to be so hard on you however as we here at Elite Fitness are here to assist and encourage our members we do require that our members do their own research to have a better understanding of what they are ingesting in their bodies and its obvious by your first post that you are way over your head and I am concerned for your SAFETY. IMO If I were you , I would do extensive research on anything that enters my body and the effects of each compound. The usual first cycle is a Test only or Test/dbol cycle at low doses. You also need to max out your genetic potential without compounds before starting any compound. I gifted you a platinum membership to make your research easier for you.

i agree with arabian.

you need to research this stuff and learn what you are doing. there is ample information to read. i would start with the sticky's and then take advantage of the search feature.
