clomid and nolvadex please help

just wondering if clomid and nolva are classed as a banned substance and if you could get in the shit if caught trying to get some delivered? The reason im asking is i live in a small country town in n.s.w australia and is really hard to even get gear letalone clomid and nolva {you would think it would be the other way around } but any way just wondering because of customs and that and i cant find any were in australia to get either of them any advice really apreciated thanks
