Clomid and Nolva

Someone give the lowdown on when to take these. I can never remember.

Just started a 500mg wk Test and 500mg wk Deca along with 40mg p/day of dbol

CLOMID PCT, keep nolvadex on hand in case of gyno (can be PCT)

arimidex 1mg ED with your cycle until you drop the dbol, then you can run .5mgs ED

Just nolvadex, clomid is similar but weaker, so why bother?
