I can tell you from my personal experience with winny that he probably doesn't wanna use it for mountain climbing. I took oral winny with my last cycle and after about the second week my feet and calves would get very tight and cramped after doing any kind of running or walking for an extended period of time. I do fence work on the weekend and pulling wire out was absolute murder on my lower legs. I mean they would be on fire to the point that I would have to sit down, take my shoes off and massage my feet to try to loosen them up some. And for my cardio I run some sprints with a parachute followed by running a hill a few times....and it got almost impossible to run that hill due to calf and foot cramps. I can't imagine trying to make it up a mountain with my feet and calfs burning like that. I'd suggest that he run a light cycle of EQ or Deca. Both of these have always givin me incrediable muscle endurance and stamina.

i know its a tall mountain but i don't think you really need a cycle, i mean my uncle climbed it and he is a fat ass. Most of the hikes are 4 to 8 days. Tell your buddy to go for the longer trip so he can get adjusted to the altitude, a lot of people have to turn back on the shorter trips from altitude sickness.
