clenbuterol

im 35 and trying to get back in shape ive been on anavar for 2 weeks at 80mg a day. im new to weight lifting since highschool summer is cumin and just need little info on clen and how it should be takin??????

My opinion? Clen and t3 work great...for awhile (for me anyhow). Taurine and potassium should be used while on. What type of P C T do you have planned for your anavar?
 
Hey bro I'm alittle confused on what you said with 35 and highschool summer. But here's what matters. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ON ANY STEROIDS, since you say right in there you are new to lifting. If you just work out do cardio and watch what you eat you should be able to make plenty of progress on your own!

t3 is to much for first timers !! clen added to the mix would just fuck your world up!!!eat clean and cardio and lift try starting out with the main core excercises!!! benchpress/squats/deadlifts and add as needed for what you are wanting to achieve!! my
 
a clean diet and cardio for a month will give results....... significant results..... remeber you said you haven't worked out in a long time. Right now is when all your dieting and cardio yeilds the best results... take advantage of it.....save your gear for when you have committed yourself to working out properly for a while. You have three months to do it correctly, if by then, sticking with a proper diet and cardio you will realize that gear is not needed for the results you are actually looking for. be wise.......

since it has been such a long break the var was a bad idea imo. the mere shock of working out again with heavy basic compound movements would of been enuf to stimulate growth. work on your training, work on your diet (poor diet = poor results for var or clen), and come find me and i will give u more info on clen than u cared to ever know :)
