clenbuterol! help, anyone used it??

Hi Ladies!

I've heard that Clenbuterol is a great fat burner and enhances definition.. is that true?? has anyone had any success? its not a steriod is it? i don't wanna look masculine just to burn fat..

Am i on the right track, i really want to order it.. if anyone has any advice.. good/bad i'd really appreciate it!

oh and is it bad to use tape to pull back skin around hips???
 
Clen is a TOTAL waste of money!!!! Use the "search" tool at the top of the board.

Never heard of "taping" hips.

There are lots of OTC thermogenics available, but the "fat burning" aspect of them is very limited - my point being just to help set your expectations that if your diet & training are not tight & honestly consistent (i.e. you don't eat a candy bar every couple days), a fat burner, even clen, will not "get you ripped & toned". Its ALL about the diet first, then training & cardio. The most you should really expect from a fat burner is more just the energy kick to plow through your trainign routine, or to wake up more in the morning.

For those purposes, I do recommend:
AF Store (anabolicfitness.net/shop) - Thermorexin & Cardio Breeze.

I agree with everything you recommended.. I workout at 7/8 in the morning to david kirsch new york body plan dvd.. it is absolutely amazing.. seriously for quick tone results its all there! I am very advanced I do this 45min cardio sculpting and then run for an hour.. and always another 30/40min of something else in the afternoon.

In the evening when I'm back from work and watching tv, i'll start eating either biscuits, well anything sweet, which is silly after all the workout i do.. and always think i'll just burn it off in the gym... but its wrong cos i'm not losing the weight!! I also work without a break if i'm really busy and can usually go with just breakfast in me til the evening without eating nothing throughout the day..

Just need something to help me and give me more energy.. (david kirsch vitamin/mineral energy drink is great!) and to calm down my PM cravings..

That's great info.. thanku lovely! well, i usually workout pretty early in the morning.. 45min cardio then an hour of running.. then i drink GNC's whey protein isolate from prolab.. is that enough?? or should i eat properly then take 3 capsules 3 times a day.. 2nd or 3rd day shall i start to take 2 capsules 3 times a day??? am i on the right track?? or off it!

has this worked for you?? :) :) :)

That is ALOT of cardio ... 45 minutes of cardio THEN an extra hour of more cardio (running)? Unless you are training for a marathon, that may be hurting you more than helping you.

The T-Rex is Very strong. The combo of yohimbine hcl and synephrine is known to cause Nausea / Queasiness, so it is recommnded that you NOT take the dose on an empty stomach (i.e. the fiber in the banana helps prevent this) esp. if it's your 1st time.

Start with One Cap and see how you feel. You can do One cap 2 X a day & go from there. BUT NOT after 4 pm (some say 3pm). You may be unable to sleep if you take it later in the day.

There were times I was :sick: in the parking lot before my w/o and 20 minutes later I was pumped ... EveryBODY is different so try it out and see how it works for you :)

Hi Ilk! It sounds like the diet is not really in order and you're doing way too much cardio. These two things will prevent you from losing fat. You haven't said much about weight training, but I'm hoping you ARE lifting weights.

thanks bunny! cardio is alot but i seriously don't see huge results for doing that much training and usually i'd workout again in the afternoon and do upper body training!

i really want amazing definition to my arms.. just doesn't work..!! I did Tae-bo for nearly 4 years and no arm definition.. i have all of david kirsch dvd's.. i do so much, otherwise if i don't i feel guilty! and can be really moody towards everyone.. i can't go through a day without workingout, but if you saw me, you wouldn't really think i do that much.. i love my abs, i've worked hard for them.. gained results there but lower body and arms i find difficult!

I am doing alot of cardio.. but seriously don't see massive results.. have no idea what i'm doing wrong.. always in the morning, heard its the best time in the day on an empty stomach.. regarding weights.. afraid to do any cos i assume it'll bulk me up.. but from yr message i should be? I do squats with a bar with weights on it.. good??

GURL, do NOT be afraid to lift weights ... and Im not talking about the Pink ones either ... Get in some good reps with a weight that will bring you to failure around 10-12 reps. You need to build muscle to burn fat and see results. There are tons of sample diets & training routine you can follow, tell us what you want, what your availablity is and we'll throw out some ideas ... 2 weeks you'll SEE and FEEL the difference and be hooked. You just have to TRY something different.

You will NOT "get big" unless you are really a man and taking things to make that happen ...

A CLEAN diet will tighten you up ... all the cardio in the world will not.

Oh honey bunny!!! well that explains it huh!! all that sweating every morning!
Thanks bella... i have an hour and a half in the mornings dedicated to my body.. wanna trim my legs and tighten and mainly bunny i want wicked tight, toned, sexy arms!!!!!! i use 2/5kg of dumbells.. i have a dip station, and lat machine, treadmill and cross trainer, if you have an idea or somekind of routine, i'll DO IT till i melt away the pounds!!!!!!

- your stats: weight, height, bodyfat%
- your current training & cardio schedule
- your current meal plan, including with each meal, portions, what you are eating and when you eat.
- any salient medical concerns

Well..

- Don't belong to a gym.. too embarrassed.. try and do everthing at home.. i'll buy more equipment instead! I could workout for longer 2 hrs in the morning..

- weight: 11 and a half stone height: 5'6and a half, i don't know my bodyfat, been too embarrassed to ever have it checked..

- 45min cardio and an hour of running every other day i change to do an hour on cross trainer every morning, i work part time i have 4 days off in the week.. usually spend my days off working out in the afternoon aswell as my morning workout.. that can be another hour or more

- have protein shake every morning at around 8am, lots of fish, chicken, egg whites, turkey etc throughout the day.. but when at work i usually don't get time to eat so protein shake and prob nothing til i get home in the evening just water.. when home i can be naughty and eat crap!

Hope thats a good idea of what i do bunny!!

I would suggest join a gym (it will motivate you), get your BF tested (that is what they are there for), stop eating crap (in the evenings especially) ...

Can you list your diet like this:

Meal 1: 7 am
1/2 c oatmeal
1 whole egg + 2 egg whites

Meal 2: 10 am
4 oz chicken
2 c green beans

Meal 3: 1 pm
etc.


The reason we are trying to get to that level of detail - progress is about 80% diet. It looks like you eat the right stuff, but the fact that your current diet & cardio arent' getting you results tells me that it ain't workin and its time to examine what ain't working and ways to make it work. Sometimes it only takes a little bit fo tweaking to get it to kick in.

Also when you say when you get home you can eat crap -- if you eat & train religiously for 23 hrs of the day & spend 1 hr eating crap, it will kill your work. It isn't just the diet, but also consistency in the diet. When your body starts to run on the exact same schedule every day, you can optimize your burn rate. Eat 100% clean and tight 6 1/2 days out of the week, schedule 1 cheat meal / week and stay on that schedule for 3 weeks and you should see some results Stay on it longer and it will become habit & you will start to feel better, more energetic, etc. Continue tight & patient and the bodyfat will start to come off.

Also in your arms - two things need to happen - 1 is reduce the bodyfat - this should be easier because women tend to hold most of their bodfyat in the waist/hips/ thighs so you should see the bodyfat comign off your upper body first The second is to lift & lift hard & heavy to develop your muscles. You never have to worry about "getting big" - you don't produce enough natural testosterone to do that - so don't worry about it, don't be scared of muscle and don't use that as an excuse to not lift heavy either. No muscle and some fat looks worse than some muscle & a little more fat if you are looking for some shape. If you get yourself some 10 & 15 lb dbs & a set of resistance bands, you will have a decent set of resistance equipment for building your bis & tris.

out to what i'm eating and hey.. haven't eatin any crap in the evenings!

really helps when i write stuff down, just get a better idea of what i'm doing... i've ordered 2 bottles of thermoexin.. can't wait to start it properly and fill you guys in!!

Hey bunny.. that was real helpful info.. i'm writing everything i do in my note pad.. a little crazy but it helps! haven't eaten any crap.. you've all made me more positive so i feel more comfortable and don't take it out on food! just gonna read.. why women weight train.. and i'll get right on it!

going to a gym near me in covent garden.. to get my bodyfat tested! :worried: will let you tmw! :) :)

you ready.. :)

Meal 1 : varies depending on work could be 5am,6am,7am
Whey Protein isolate drink.. with banana, lots of water (always start with 45min cadio sculpting, david kirsch new york body plan dvd.. and run)

Meal 2: 11am..
x2 boiled chicken breast (prepared the night before)

break: 2.30pm..ish..
Protein drink same as this morning but no banana (around 3pm upper body workout 45min)

Meal 3: 5pm
Tuna from a can of water.. and i juice one whole cucumber everyday, and finish off my water 2litres or more..( sometimes around 7/8pm i'd cheat and eat naughty but i haven't for the last 3 nights..)

when i'm at work.. the 3pm 45min workout is replaced by the cross trainer later in the evening and then 3 sets of back and lat pull downs of 15each, then 15min working, triceps, biceps etc..

It really helps talking to you guys, its really motivating when i work out and when results start showing, i can't wait to start telling you all!

just ordered thermorexin too!

I'll still be :worried: but hopefully a female will do it for me! i'd hate it if a hot guy came to test my bodyfat!

Hey Ilk! I'm really happy to hear that you're reading the links and WRITING THINGS DOWN!! I have a small notebook that I write all my food and training in and then I transfer it here to the board. It DOES help keep you motivated, doesn't it!! lol It's not crazy. It helps you keep it all straight. Great job not eating crap in the evenings...sounds like you're willing to do what it takes to get the result you want. Good job, Girl! :)

Bunny.. i was in the diet forum.. theromexin was the topic.. some people get really hot and sweaty.. and some take the t-rex on an empty stomach.. but everyone loves it! they go on about DNP too.. never heard of that, but it increases the metabolism by 50%... how's everything with you going?? :heart:

I've not taken Thermorexin yet, but I have taken Cardio Breeze, Sesapure and YES. If it makes you sweaty....that just means it's doing what it says it's suppose to - which is increasing your body temperature to make the body think it's getting exercise, which in turn, increases metabozism. ....can't wait to hear about your results with it! :)

If it makes you sweaty....that just means it's doing what it says it's suppose to - which is increasing your body temperature to make the body think it's getting exercise, which in turn, increases metabozism. ....can't wait to hear about your results with it! :)


Hey Scorpio girl! I ordered thermorexin on sun on the european AF store and was delivered this morning! the delivery man thoght I was crazy.. cos I had it sent to my studio and we had a big shoot.. so there I was with my whole hand coloured in crazy makeup and a big brush and a blow-drier under my arm! well needless to say... he was in fits! had no spare hands to sign for it! I then realised it was thermorexin!!!! so I threw everything on the floor and ran over to him! so funny....

So my point being.. I'm going to start on it fresh tmw.. and having my body fat tested on thursday.. I'm so busy only day I could do.. will let you know how it goes tmw! hope all is going well with you honey! :heart:

yep saw it at Harrods yesterday.. only a couple of allure mag was left!
 
Somehow I guess because of the focus on these idiot little starlets like Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie getting all crazy skinny right now, clen is beign put up as the diet drug of the stars. I guess they totally ignored the pressure of "being Hollywood thin", the coke parties and all the other shit that comes w/ the lifestyle as the cause. It must be the clen.

Hey girl!! sorry for late reply on T-rex! going to milan tue, getting for fashion week!

So thermorexin.. YES very strong as bunny had suggested! so started on 3 pills the first day.. felt great, flying around, my eyes have never been so wide open and full or concentration! flippin hell its amazing stuff...

I did take it on an empty stomach first then had a banana after my workout.. so thursday i thought i'll try 6 pills.. 2 at 7.30 then again at 12.30 then again at 2.45... had 2 bananas and lots of protein thru out the day..

DON'T TAKE 6 PILLS ON THE 3RD DAY.. WARNING!! i couldn't stand up properly because it was so strong! had that stomach feling when your just about to feel sick.. went to drink water and got an oat museli yogurt thing.. (was lovely) felt much better!!

Seriously tho girl.. not joking.. my whole body felt as though it shrunk within 2 days of using it and the full amount on the second day! jus keeping it at 4 now and my skirt and jeans are already loose...

and man can i run with masses of energy!! doing weights now on my arms and back.. some leg weights too.. my arms are defining very quickly! gonna order yohimburn now to take with thermorexin!

i love it!! but don't love the smell of the pills! ewh... anyway if it continues to be this effective.. can't wait for the next few months.. watch out summer time!! How you doing??? :)

You'll love it! i was running up and down stairs and seriously didn't realize how much i was doing! start with maybe 2 pills a day and see how you feel on it.. what a difference..

i worked out for an hour and a half, didn't do as much ab work.. but i put 7pound ankle weights and.. OH.MY.GOD.!! the next day my obliques were so out and firm and tight.. well i can go on and on!

great stuff.. can't wait to hear how you get on with it!
