Ah, summer is almost hear and I need to lose a few pounds. Maybe 6 at the most. I've been dieting and working out, but still need to lose those few extra pounds. What's a better way of doing it: clen or DNP? I've heard DNP is very effective, but I've heard some pretty scary things about it, but then again I've heard scary things about half the stuff I've put in my body!
Does anyone have a preference for one versus the other?
