So, my wife and I are going to Cancun in November. My wife desperately wants to cut 20lbs by early November. We eat healthy, but the problem she has is that she works all day and can only get to the gym two or three times a week (we have kids), when she does light weight training and cardio. Would clen maximize her workouts enough or does she just need to buckle down and do cardio til she drops? She plans on working out as often as she can and eating healthy, but she isn't getting the results as fast as she'd like. She's 5' 8" and about 155 and 29 years old. I realize that the hard truth of life is that you have to work for anything good, but anything to make it a little easier would help.
