clen and eca work on same principle, the only clinically significant difference being duration of effect. clen has much longer half life.

i prefer ECA with ma huang. i've been using it for 14 years and i've yet to find anything better. it has medically documented evidence
to back it. fat loss, preserves lean mass ( not one bit catabolic ) and no rebound. not to mention increased energy / intensity while
training.
 
also some respond to certain compounds better than others so this Question is moot, as you know there are some stimulent junkies out there
 
Yep, those junkies have given these drugs a bad rap
 
The only issue I have with eca is when I come off it, I get a splitting headache for a day or two and I drag ass. Clen I don't remember that, but hat was a long time ago.
 
I have a ton of the clen and the ECA around. But it has been a decade since I used clen. Is it still take it in small doses up to your tolerance level? Which if I remember correctly was when you just started to get cramps in your hands. You then backed it off a bit and that is where you stayed for remainder of the cycle. How long would one use it for?

I don't know about the cramp issue, but you want to gradually increase dosage
usually in 20 mcg increments because of blood preesure spike and CNS issues.

several ways to go about it. You can use every other day, it has a very long
half ife or every day for 2 or 3 weeks then cylce off for a week, repeat.

you can use a thermometer to gauge optimal dosage. it will raise your
temperature .5 - 1 degree.
